Select Pair of Human Heart MRI images to Flicker Compare

In this demonstration, you can select two images from a sequence of five 256x256 MRI images of a beating human heart obtained by transaxial ECG gated MRI in a subject with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy - i.e. a very thick heart muscle. These Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) were scanned at 256x256 pixels but were magnified slightly to work better with Flicker.

To Flicker Compare two gels:

Flicker Image Comparison: Flicker is a Java program for comparing two images. See the Flicker home page for more information on Flicker.

1. First select a different image from each menu. Note: you can only compare different images (not an image against itself).
2. Then press Go Flicker to generate a Flicker comparison of this pair of images.
