Select Pair of Molecular Model image to Flicker Compare

In this demonstration, you can select data from Molecular Model runs. Special movie clips demo: 18 files of a 360 degree rotation of a model of voltage-gated potassium channel. Large cylinders represent helices. The model is a tetramer. I left out one of the sub-units to expose the critical pore region (which is an eight-stranded antiparallel beta barrel). This is also the closed conformation of the channel.(This material was obtained from Stewart Durell/Bob Guy, LECB Bethesda.
