PlasmaDB Database 2D gels

These 2D gels illustrate the locations of known proteins of the Plasma Database proteins cataloged in the PlasmaDB database. These are currently accessed by cell line name.

plasmaL - the 2D gel carrier ampholytes 2D gel protocol (Merill, LBG/NIMH)
plasmaH - the non-linear IPG 2D gel protocol (Hochstrasser Lab, Geneva)
